What Type Of Avocados Do You Sell?

We have over 300 beautiful hass avocados trees that we harvest to provide you with fresh beautiful quality fruit.

When Are Your Avocados Available?

Our season can range from as early as July and extends to March the following year.  We get our fruit tested for oil and taste quality at the start of each season before we open our market.

When Will My Avocados Arrive?

All orders are processed weekly.  Orders must be received before midnight Tuesday in order to be picked, packaged and couriered the next day.  Any orders received Wednesday onwards are picked, packaged and couriered the following Wednesday.  If you require urgent orders please get in touch as we may be able to accommodate.

What Type Of Payment Do You Accept?

We use Paypal for our online payments.  If you do not have a Paypal account you can still securely use your credit card to process orders via Paypal website.

Where Do You Ship To?

We courier to both North and South Islands.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

During the checkout phase you will see a box to enter your unique code.  Your discount will automatically update if code is applicable.

Can I Arrange To Have Avos Shipped To Me On A Regular Basis?

Yes! Choose one of our subscription options and we will take care of the rest.  We have either weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available.

What If I Want To Stop My Subscription?

We like things to be easy so if you find you have too many avos on hand or you need to stop your subscription for other reasons, simply log into our website and click on My Account.  You can access your subscription details from here. At any given time you can cancel your subscription.  You can also cancel your subscription from within your Paypal account.

What If I am Not Happy With My Delivery?

We don’t believe in unhappy customers. The reason we pick and ship within 24hrs is to ensure you receive gorgeous quality fruit.  If for any reason this fails to happen, please take a photo of the fruit in question, along with your original packaging.  Make contact asap along with picture of said ‘bad egg’ so that we can send a replacement or issue a refund.
